Two ingredients is all it takes to create these tasty salty and sweet gems. The little amount of effort involved in creating something so dreamy will have you wondering why you haven’t been making these Rolo Stuffed Ritz Crackers Sandwiches for years.

Shout to both the creators of Rolos and the creators of Ritz crackers for doing the hard part. By no means am I calling the work of creating a perfect chocolate cylinder filled with caramel or creating the goodness of a lightly salted buttery crunch cracker easy. My family is especially grateful for both of these creations that come together so simply.

Create a salty and sweet sandwich treat in less than 15 minutes with just two ingredients. Rolo Stuffed Ritz Crackers.

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Rolos
  • 1 Box Ritz Crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350* degrees. If desired, prepare a cookie sheet with a layer of parchment paper.

  2. Next, lay out a layer of Ritz crackers on the prepared baking sheet. I prefer to place the crackers bottom side up so that my finished product reflects the top of a Ritz cracker on both sides.

  3. Unwrap the Rolos and place one chocolate candy on each cracker then place the pan in the preheated oven for 3 minutes.

  4. Remove from oven and place additional Ritz Cracker (bottom side down) on Rolo and lightly press the cracker down to create sandwich.

  5. After all of the sandwiches have been assembled place the pan in the refrigerator or freezer to chill until the chocolate has set.

If you enjoy the combination of salty and sweet you’ll like these treats too!
