No Bake Muesli Energy Bites take just minutes to create when using the wholesome blend of Nature ValleyTM Toasted Oats Muesli and taste great all the time.
Along with the lightly sweetened and delicious Nature Valley Muesli, this healthy treat is also made with Peanut Butter & Pure Maple Syrup.
2 Cups Nature Valley Toasted Oats Muesli
1 Cup Peanut Butter (I use Creamy)
1/4 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Coconut Oil
Add Muesli to a large mixing bowl and set aside.
Heat Peanut Butter, Pure Maple Syrup, Brown Sugar and Coconut Oil in a sauce pan over medium-low heat.
Stir the wet ingredients occasionally to ensure the mixture does not burn. When it begins to soft boil, set timer for 2 1/2 minutes and allow liquid to continue to boil.
Pour the wet mixture over the bowl of Muesli and mix well.
Once combined, take two tablespoons of the combined mixture and form balls with your hand.
Place on a wax paper lined plate then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Makes 12 No Bake Muesli Energy Bites.
