This week I will be sharing four of my “go-to” simple party appetizers. Each one is easy to prepare, loved by many and make a great addition to any gathering. First are these party favorite meatballs. Just five minutes, four ingredients and a crock-pot are needed.

Beer Chili Meatballs

Ingredients

  • large bag of Frozen Meatballs (I use all beef)
  • 2 Jars of Chili Sauce
  • 1 Can of Beer (I use a light beer but any will work)
  • 1/4 Cup of BBQ Sauce

Supplies

Instructions for Beer Chili Meatballs

Begin by spraying a crockpot with cooking spray then add frozen meatballs to the prepared crockpot. Add the jars of chili sauce, can of beer and BBQ sauce overtop the meat in the crockpot.

Next, cook frozen meatballs on high for 6 hours; if meatballs are thawed cook them on high for 3-4 hours.

Use tongs, a serving spoon or toothpicks to serve warm. Enjoy!
