Garlic Roasted Potatoes Pressure Cooker Recipe
 
Ingredients
  • 1 pound Fingerling Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4 cubes Dorot Gardens Crushed Garlic
  • ½ cup Vegetable Broth (or water)
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley flakes
  • Salt & Pepper
Instructions
  1. Set pressure cooker (or Instant Pot) to sauté  then add butter and oil. Heat uncovered.
  2. While the butter is melting cut potatoes lengthwise. After the butter has melted add potatoes and garlic to the pressure cooker. Cook potatoes on the sauté setting for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add vegetable broth (or water) then secure pressure cooker lid with the valve set to sealing. Select the manual setting, high and cook for 8 minutes.
  4. Allow the pressure to release on it’s own for 10 minutes then open valve. Top potatoes with parsley, salt & pepper before serving.
