Peanut Butter Corn Flake Treats

Peanut Butter Corn Flake Treats by trishsutton.comWith just four ingredients and in less than an hour you could have Peanut Butter Corn Flake Treats ready to eat!  These no bake bars make a tasty after school snack and summer afternoon treat.

Ingredients:
5 1/2 Cups Corn Flakes
1 Cup Light Corn Syrup
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter

Directions:

Prepare a cake pan with a sheet of Parchment Paper or by spraying it with a light layer of cooking spray.  Add Corn Flakes to a large mixing bowl then set aside.

In a medium size pan, heat Corn Syrup and Sugar.  Stir mixture occasionally until it begins to boil.

Allow Syrup Sugar mixture to boil for one minute then remove from heat and add Peanut Butter to the pan.  Mix well.   After the Peanut Butter has melted and the mixture is blended pour it over the bowl of Corn Flakes.

Mix until the Corn Flakes are covered.  Pour into prepared pan and press down until the treats are evenly spread across the pan.

Let cool (approximately 30 minutes).  Cut into bars or squares and enjoy.
