A Festive Red & Green Low Carb Party Appetizer.

Ingredients:
– Summer Sausage
– Fresh Baby Spinach
– Mozzarella Cheese
– Grape Tomatoes
– Green Olives
– Toothpicks

Directions:
Begin by cutting the Sausage in one inch slices then quarter cut each slice.  Cube Mozzarella Cheese.  De-stem then quarter fold the Spinach leaves.

Assemble in the following order – Sausage, Spinach, Mozzarella, then Tomato or Olive; pierce with toothpick.

Such a very simple appetizer to make and oh so tasty.
