If you follow me on Instagram you might have seen the box of Rice Krispies and the bag of Marshmallows that I posted over the weekend. The caption read Do you know whatTHIS means at OUR house? This means my baby sister will be here soon! Her favorite.”

In fact, when my oldest saw the box of cereal and bag of marshmallows sitting on the counter in the kitchen he immediately asked what day Auntie would be here. He knows all to well that a visit from my sister means that it is time for a batch (or two) of her favorite treats!

She says that my Rice Krispies Treats are better than hers.
And I say that is her way of getting me to make them for her.

Since my sister’s visit was to attend our little guy’s Christmas Program I decided that Rice Krispies Snow Capped Christmas Trees were in order.
