Directions:

Preheat oven to 400*, prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper then cover sheet with one layer of Saltine Crackers.

Put Candy Pieces & Eye Balls in the freezer while you work on the Toffee & Chocolate layer.

Heat Brown Sugar and Butter in a sauce pan over medium heat.  Stir occasionally until mixture begins to boil.  Allow mixture to boil for 3-4 minutes.  Do not stir while boiling.  Pour mixture over Crackers then bake for 5 minutes.

Prepare Chocolate while the Cracker layer is in the oven.  Add both Semi Sweet & Milk Chocolate Chips to a microwave safe bowl.  Melt chips in microwave; stir every 30 seconds until the chocolate has melted.  (A double broiler could be used to melt the chocolate rather than the microwave.)  Stir well to blend the two types of Chocolate Chips.

Pour Chocolate over the Cracker layer.  Sprinkle (cold) Candy Pieces & Eye Balls on top of the melted chocolate.

Cool for one hour in the refrigerator or freezer before breaking into pieces of Spooky Halloween Chocolate Bark.
