Chewy White Chocolate Chip Cookies with a few drops of Food Coloring make for a fun & delicious Spring Cookie!
Ingredients:
– 3 Cups Flour
– 1 Cup Sugar
– 1 Cup Brown Sugar
– 3/4 Cup Margarine
– 2 Eggs
– 1 1/2 Tablespoon Vanilla
– 1 Tablespoon Baking Soda
– 1 Teaspoon Salt
– Food Coloring
I used blue, green & red (for pink)
– Frozen White Chocolate Chips,
Divided; for multiple colors
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350* and prepare cookie sheet with Parchment Paper.
Cream Margarine, Eggs & Vanilla with Mixer.
Mix in Flour, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Baking Soda & Salt.
Separate Cookie Dough into separate bowls then add desired food coloring.
Fold in Frozen White Chocolate Chips.
(Frozen Chips keep their shape better and will melt less during baking.)
Scoop Cookie Dough with a tablespoon on to prepared baking sheets.
Bake for 11-12 minutes.
Let rest on baking sheet for two minutes before moving to cooling rack
