Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Beat Eggs and Vanilla in a medium size mixing bowl.
Add Butter, Cream Cheese, Baking Soda, Brown and White Sugars then mix until a creamy consistency is achieved.
Slowly add 1 Cup of Flour at a time; mix between each cup of Flour until dough is formed.
Fold in Chocolate Chips. (My little guy requested one 1 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips and 1 Cup White Chocolate Chips and so that is exactly what we did. Any combination totalling 2 cups would be fantastic.)
Press Cookie Dough onto prepared baking sheet.
TIP: I spray my hands with cooking spray or use a plastic bag as a glove to keep the dough from sticking to my hands when I press it into the pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-22 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars to cool completely before cutting them into squares.
Store Cookie Bars in an airtight container.
