Add the dry cake mix, eggs and oil to a large bowl then use a mixer to blend the ingredients. You may need to finish mixing the dough with a wooden spoon. Continue to mix until well combined.

Place the dough in the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour. Prepare pan with a sheet of parchment paper then set aside. Pour sugar into a shallow dish then set it aside.

After the dough has had time to chill preheat oven to 350* degrees then roll the dough into 1 1/2" size balls. Roll each dough  ball in sugar then place them on the prepared pan.

Bake for 8-10 minutes (or until the edges turn golden). Allow cookies to rest on baking sheet before transferring them to a cooling rack. Store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
