Oreo Cookie Cake Balls Recipe | Oreo Bombs

Create the most amazing no bake cookie recipe with only three ingredients. Crushed OREOs turned Oreo Cookie Cake Balls or as my brother calls them OREO BOMBS.

Servings 24

Ingredients

  • 1 package OREO Cookies
  • 1 package Cream Cheese (8 ounces) softened
  • 1 package Vanilla Almond Bark
  • Sprinkles, Candy Pieces, Crushed Cookies optional

Instructions

  1. Before you begin make sure your cream cheese block is soft. Prepare a pan with a sheet of parchment paper or wax paper.

  2. Start by placing the Oreos in a blender or food processor; turn the appliance on a low to medium setting until the cookies finely crushed. Add the crushed cookies and softened cream cheese to a large mixing bowl then stir until the two ingredients are well combined. You may want to knead the dough with your hands until it is really well blended with no visible white.

  3. Shape the crushed Oreo mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls (cake ball size) then place the cookie balls on your prepared pan. Place the pan in the freezer for one hour.

  4. After an hour remove the pan of Oreo Cookie Cake Balls from the freezer then prepare the vanilla coating by following the melting instructions on the package of Almond Bark.

  5. Next dip frozen Oreo balls into the melted vanilla candy coating and place the Oreo Bombs on a wax paper lined pan. If desired, top with sprinkles, candy pieces or cookie crumbs before the candy coating sets. Refrigerate the pan of amazing treats for one hour then remove your delightful Oreo Cookie Cake Balls from the fridge and store them in an airtight container. Enjoy!
