A Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe meant to be made by kids!
This tasty three ingredient recipe makes just 24 kid size cookies. It can quickly be created by elementary age newly independent bakers or with the help of toddler & preschool bakers looking for a sweet treat after nap time.
Ingredients:
1 Egg
1 Cup Peanut Butter (we use Creamy)
1 Cup Sugar
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Beat Egg in a medium size mixing bowl with a whisk then add Peanut Butter and Sugar.
Mix well.
Roll into 1 inch balls and place on a cookie sheet prepared with Parchment Paper.
Press each 1 inch ball with a fork dipped in water.
Bake for 10-11 minutes.
Watch closely as these cookies bake faster than “traditional” Peanut Butter Cookies.
