Holiday Brunch Breakfast Bake

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350*.

Prepare a 13×9 inch baking pan or casserole dish with a layer of non-stick cooking spray. Then arrange one layer of tater tot potatoes over the bottom of the prepared pan.

Whisk together eggs, milk and cheese in a medium size mixing bowl. If desired, add salt and pepper to egg mixture then mix until well combined.

Next pour egg mixture over tater tots. Then top the eggs with a layer of MorningStar Farms® Chorizo Crumbles.

Bake the Chorizo Egg Casserole for 45-50 minutes at 350* degrees. Serve warm.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups MorningStar Farms® Chorizo Crumbles
  • 1 Bag Frozen Tater Tots (32 ounce)
  • 12 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper
