This Strawberry Protein Smoothie serves 3 and will be sure to make your taste buds smile.
– 2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
– 1 cup Frozen Strawberries (if using fresh, add ice)
– 2 Bananas
– 1/2 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
– 2 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds (soaked)

There are SO many. I like an Organic Brown Rice Protein. A serving size is two tablespoons which equals 60 calories, 3g carbohydrates, 0g sugars, and 11g protein. And it’s wheat, gluten, soybean, egg, dairy, peanut free. I’d be happy to send a little bit your way for you to try out!! 🙂
