If you have been reading my blog for very long you likely know that I am a fan of all things SIMPLE. Especially if that thing simplifies my time in the kitchen.

The pressure cooker has, indeed, simplified dinners at my house. However, more recently than that genius invention I was introduced to a little kitchen magic in the form of fresh herbs. The actual form of said herbs come in the shape of pre-portioned cubes.

Dorot Gardens

I was excited to skip the garlic mess the last time I made roasted potatoes in my pressure cooker. Rather than picking up a bulb of garlic produce section of my local Fry’s I went straight to the frozen food section and picked up some magic from the vegetable aisle.
