This simple bark recipe is too easy. Easy as in less than 15 minutes to make, 45 minutes to set and only three ingredients needed easy.

Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Bark Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Vanilla Candy Coating
    (or 16 ounces of Almond Bark or White Chocolate Chips)
  • 1 1/2 Cups Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Begin by preparing a baking sheet with a sheet of aluminum foil then set it aside.

Follow the melting instructions on the vanilla candy coating package. If you are using white chocolate chips pour them into a microwave safe bowl then heat it in the microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir the chips then heat them for another 15 seconds if needed. Continue to heat and stir until the candy has melted and is smooth.

Next add the peanut butter to the melted vanilla candy coating. Stir the melted candy coating and peanut butter mixture until it is smooth then pour it onto the prepared pan. Use a spatula to smooth the peanut butter layer of your Chocolate Peanut Butter Bark then set the pan aside.

Pour chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl then heat them in the microwave on high for one minute. Stir until the chips until they are melted and smooth; if needed, heat for an additional 15 seconds. Continue to heat in the microwave, as needed, stirring the chocolate every 15 seconds until it is smooth.

Next, drizzle the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer then use a butter knife to swirl the chocolate into the peanut butter.

Place the pan in the refrigerator for 45 minutes or until set. Then cut or break the solid bark into serving size pieces. Store Chocolate Peanut Butter Bark a sealed container in the refrigerator. And, of course, ENJOY!
