Mint, toffee, vanilla, candy pieces and marshmallows are just a few of the ingredients in some of my most viewed chocolate recipes. All of which end in the word “bark”. I have yet another bark recipe to add to that collection of simple treats.

  • 3 cups Chocolate Chips (I mix semi-sweet & milk chocolate chips), divided

  • 1 bag Caramels (11 ounce bag), unwrapped
  • Coarse Sea Salt, optional

Directions

Stir then heat for an additional 45-60 seconds, stir until smooth. Pour melted chocolate onto prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula (or butter knife) to spread the chocolate evenly over the pan then immediately add pretzels.
