Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Prepare a 10 x 15 baking sheet by covering it with parchment paper.

Cover the baking sheet with a layer of Chocolate Graham Crackers (it will take approximately two sleeves of crackers). Pour both bags of White Chocolate Chips over the Graham Crackers then spread them evenly over the top of the crackers.

Place the pan in the oven and bake it for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes or until the White Chocolate Chips are shiny.

Next, unwrap the Candy Canes and crush them into tiny pieces. To accomplish this I put the Candy Canes in a plastic bag then used a rolling pin to break up the candy.

Remove the pan from the oven. Lightly drag a frosting spatula or butter knife over the top of the soft Chocolate Chips. Continue spreading the chocolate until all of the Graham Crackers are covered.

Sprinkle Candy Cane pieces over the melted Chocolate.

Place the pan in the freezer for about an hour. Carefully lift the parchment paper from the pan then break the Chocolate Peppermint Bark into serving size pieces.
