“The bell still rings for me as it does for all who truly believe.” – The Polar Express
For as long as I can remember I have searched the night skies on Christmas Eve seeking Rudolph’s red nose. As a child my search would begin immediately after Candlelight Service. And to this day I still seek the red glow in the night sky. The magic of Christmas has not failed me. There has always been a red light moving through the sky above me on the night before Christmas. Our four year old has inherited my love for the magic of Christmas…
In early December our family of four traveled to the North Pole aboard The Polar Express Train in hopes of finding Santa Claus. We found Santa and so much more.
We found a magic that can only be seen through the eyes of a child.
The light in our four year old’s eyes and the joy in his voice that were shared the moment he rang his magical silver bell from Santa’s sleigh will not ever be forgotten. He questioned if Mommy could hear the bell ring and was elated that I, too, could hear it. “You believe!”; a statement and a moment that will forever be felt and cherished by our family.
We Believe.May the magic of Christmas fill your heart and your home.
Wishing you and yours peace, love, a light in the sky and the ring of a bell.
Merry Christmas from my family.
“Seeing is believing, but sometimes
the most real things in the world
are the things we can’t see.”
