Another Wood Pallet project! And our last DIY Wood Pallet project for while.
Yep. I said it – our last DIY Wood Pallet project for a while. The stack of pallets that we had have dwindled and I have promised my husband that I will not seek additional pallets any time soon.
There were enough pallets left for two final projects. One of which is this DIY Wood Pallet Poolside Table.
This simple DIY project was made even easier with the 20V MAX* Lithium Cordless Drill that we received from BLACK+DECKER.
Our new drill made it very easy to work around table legs. It is small, lightweight & powerful. Keep scrolling to enter to win your own BLACK+DECKER Cordless Drill.
DIY Wood Pallet Table;
Drill And Circular Saw Giveaway
To begin we collected the final few pallet boards, purchased a piece of 4 inch x 4 inch x 8 foot lumber, wood screws and paint, then got to work.
We cut four 2 feet sections of the 4 inch x 4 inch wood for our table legs. We also cut a piece of wood to brace the underside of the tabletop then we used our BLACK+DECKER Cordless Drill to attach the brace to the table legs with wood screws.
After securing the table legs, we cut the length of pallet boards to match then secured them to the frame of our table with wood screws.
We spliced a couple pallet boards lengthwise down the middle to use as trim for the tabletop edges and as an additional brace around the outside of the lower part of the table legs. Then, again, we drilled wood screws into place to secure the trim around our table.
Finally, we painted our Wood Pallet Table and placed it between our two poolside west facing Adirondack chairs.
Next up ~ a fresh coat of blue paint for our chairs, then drinks & the sunset!
