Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Football Dip

 Ingredients:

  • 1 Package of Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 1/2 Cup of Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 Stick of Butter, Softened
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
  • 2 Cups of Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Cup of Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Jar of Chocolate Sprinkles
(I use the entirety of a Betty Crocker 9.3 ounce jar.)

Supplies:

Instructions:

Begin by adding cream cheese, peanut butter, butter and vanilla to a large mixing bowl then use an electric mixer to blend the soften ingredients until the mixture is well combined. Next, slowly add in the powdered sugar and continue to mix until the white powder is well blended into the creamy mixture.

Use a baking spatula or wooden spoon to gently fold the mini chocolate chips into the peanut butter dough. Next, use your hands to form a big dough ball in the mixing bowl then place the dough in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Put a sheet of waxed paper or parchment paper on the counter or table then after the mixture has chilled place the dough ball on the paper. Then use your hands to manipulate the dough into the shape of a football. (This football platter makes it real easy to create the perfect shaped football! I just build my peanut butter football over the one on the platter.)

Next, cover the football shaped dough with chocolate sprinkles then lightly press them into the surface of the peanut butter and chocolate chip dough. After the football shape is completely covered in sprinkles use white frosting to draw football laces onto the football.

Chill the peanut butter and chocolate dip football for one hour before serving with pretzels, cookies, graham crackers or another dipper of your choice.

DE-LISH.
