Four Cheese. That’s right, Four Cheese Stuffed Shells made with thick RAGÚ® Homestyle Sauce.
If you’ve been around my corner of the WWW for very long you likely know that Thursday night is pasta night at our house. It’s a family tradition. Eight years ago when our oldest began freshman football his trainer suggested that the boys eat pasta the night before every game. And so that is what we did for four years.
Now that our son is in college and the Fire Academy he is training in conditions that I couldn’t even begin to explain. Football has nothing on firefighting, but football training does. Once a week our son spends his day in full firefighter turnout gear. The night before our son’s longest training day is pasta night. He knows what is on the menu and we know he will be home for dinner.

Four Cheese Stuffed Shells:
Made With RAGÚ® Homestyle
- 1 Jar RAGÚ® Homestyle Thick and Hearty Roasted Garlic Sauce, divided
- 21 Jumbo Pasta Shells (approximately half of a 12 ounce box), cooked
- 1 Container of Ricotta, 15 ounces
- 2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella
- 3/4 Cup Grated Parmesan
- 6 Slices of Provolone Cheese
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Parsley Flakes
Prepare Jumbo Pasta Shells as directed on packaging. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Beat eggs in a medium-large size mixing bowl, mix in Italian Seasoning and Parsley Flakes then add Ricotta and stir until well combined. Mix in Mozzarella then Parmesan.
Pour 1/2 of the jar of RAGÚ® Homestyle Thick and Hearty Roasted Garlic Sauce into the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking pan and spread it evenly.
Stuff each shell with a heaping tablespoon of the four cheese mixture. Pour the remaining 1/2 of the jar of RAGÚ® Homestyle Thick and Hearty Roasted Garlic Sauce over the top of the shells.
Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes. Then remove the pan from the oven and top Four Cheese Stuffed Shells with Provolone slices. Return the pan to the oven then bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
