Looking for an appetizer for game day? Love Nachos? Got 30 minutes? Then this recipe is for YOU. And for my husband. He absolutely LOVES all things Nacho and has never met a Taco he didn’t like. Wonton Wrap Nacho Cups are perfect for game day or for dinner any day.
They are simple to create and they are a delicious cross between Nachos & Tacos!
Wonton Wrap Nacho Cups Recipe
– 1 pound Ground Beef
– 1/3 cup Taco Sauce
– 1 teaspoon Ground Jalapeno
– 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Salt
– 24 Wonton Wraps
– 2 cups Shredded Cheese
Optional: Sour Cream, Tomatoes, Guacamole, Olives, Onions
Preheat oven to 425*, Brown ground beef in a skillet then drain;
Add sauce and seasons, stir and let simmer while prepping the Wonton Wraps.
Spray muffin pan with cooking spray,
place one Wonton Wrap into each slot on muffin pan.
Bake at 425* for 3 minutes; remove from oven.
Fill each wrap with 1 tablespoon of the Beef mixture;
Top with Shredded Cheese. Return to oven.
Bake at 425* for an additional 4 minutes.
Remove from oven;
Scoop out of muffin pan with a spoon, top with desired garnishes & serve.
Makes 24 Nacho Cups; Ready in 30 minutes and they are oh so good!
