Wonton Wrap Nacho Cups Recipe

If you are looking for a quick recipe for parties or tailgating then this recipe is for YOU.  (And for my husband. He absolutely LOVES all things Nacho and has never met a taco he didn’t like.) Wonton Wrap Nacho Cups are simple to create and they are a delicious cross between Nachos & Tacos!

Wonton Wrap Nacho Cups Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/3 cup Taco Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Jalapeño
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 24 Wonton Wraps
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese

Optional Garnishes:  Sour Cream, Tomatoes, Guacamole, Olives, Onions

Directions

Preheat oven to 350* degrees then brown ground beef (or ground turkey) in a skillet with ground jalapeño and garlic salt. Next drain cooked meat then mix in taco sauce and stir until the cooked meat is covered in sauce. Allow the meat mixture to simmer while prepping the Wonton Wraps.

Spray muffin pan with cooking spray then gently place and press Wonton Wraps into muffin pan. Next place the pan in the oven and bake the Wonton turned nacho cups for 5 minutes at 350* degrees.

Remove the pan from the oven and then fill each wrap with 1 tablespoon of the meat mixture and top them with shredded cheese. Return the pan to the oven and heat the nacho cups for 4-5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.

After the cheese has melted remove the pan from the oven and use a tablespoon to scoop each cup out of the muffin pan. Top nacho cups with desired garnishes and serve warm.

Recipe makes 24 mini Nacho Cups and they are oh so good! Enjoy!
