Oreos. Cookie Dough. Whipped Cream. No Bake Layered Cookie Dough Dessert.
Those are just a few of my first born’s favorite sweets. And so for my oldest’s family birthday dinner the lil’ guy and I created a birthday dessert just for his big brother.
It was quite tasty & not as sweet as it sounds.
No Bake Layered Cookie Dough Dessert
Ingredients:
1 package of Oreos (divided)
2 1/2 sticks of Butter
(divided, 1/2 stick melted & 2 sticks softened)
1 cup Splenda Baking Brown Sugar
3 tablespoons of Almond Milk
1 1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla
2 cups Flour
1 package of Mini Chocolate Chips
2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1 tablespoon of Spenda Baking Sugar
Directions:
- Prepare a 9×13 pan with either Cooking Spray or Parchment Paper. Set aside 4 Oreos, crush the rest of the package of Oreos in a Food Processor or Blender. Take crumbs and mix with 1/2 stick of melted Butter then press into the bottom and sides of pan. Refrigerate crust while mixing Cookie Dough.
- Mix 2 sticks of softened Butter with Brown Sugar, Almond Milk, and Vanilla. Once combined add Flour and continue to mix. Fold in the package of Mini Chocolate Chips and then carefully smooth mixture over the layer of Oreo Crust. Refrigerate while blending Whipped Cream.
- Blend Heavy Whipping Cream and White Sugar for 10-12 minutes then smooth over the Cookie Dough layer. Crumble four Oreo cookies over top the Whipped Cream then refrigerate one hour before serving.
** If using regular brown sugar and white sugar rather than the Splenda brand be sure to adjust measurements.
